Account information — your email address and password, handled by our authentication provider. We never see or store your password.

Your research — the projects, jurisdictions, auction lists, screenings, due-diligence findings, deal analyses and opportunity outcomes you record. This is private to your account.

Purchase information — the email address and order status supplied by our checkout provider, SamCart, so that your Playbook access can be activated. Card numbers and payment details are handled entirely by SamCart and its payment processor. We never receive or store them.

Requests you send us — the contents of the Exit Strategy Help form and any message you choose to send.

First-party activity — a small record of key actions such as viewing the Playbook page, starting your first assignment, or recording an outcome. This is stored on our own systems. We do not use a third-party analytics vendor, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking.

To give you access to what you purchased, to keep your research private and available to you, to answer your requests, to send transactional email about your account and purchase, and to understand which parts of the product actually help.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising.

We rely on a small number of providers to operate: a hosting and database provider, an email delivery provider for transactional messages, and SamCart for checkout, affiliate tracking and payouts. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

You can request a copy of your information, correction of it, or deletion of your account and research at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved research permanently.

Transactional email about your purchase and account is part of the service. Any optional educational email can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Your research is protected by per-account access rules enforced at the database level, so one customer cannot read another's records. Paid materials and tools are verified on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.
