Tax lien, tax deed and redeemable deed laws, deadlines, bidding methods and redemption rules vary by state, by county, and sometimes by individual sale — and they change. Nothing here is a substitute for the official rules published by the taxing authority conducting the sale.

You are responsible for verifying every fact through official sources and, where the decision warrants it, with qualified professionals before you bid or purchase anything.

The tools never declare a property safe, never recommend a purchase, and never verify facts on your behalf. A research result is a record of what you found, not a conclusion you can rely on.

The Winning With Tax Liens Playbook is a one-time purchase of $497, processed by SamCart. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Access is granted after the purchase is confirmed, and may be suspended if the purchase is later refunded, cancelled, disputed, voided or charged back.

Your saved research remains yours and is not deleted if access is suspended, but the tools become unavailable while it is suspended.
