Tax lien, tax deed and redeemable deed laws, deadlines, bidding methods and redemption rules vary by state, by county, and sometimes by individual sale — and they change. Nothing here is a substitute for the official rules published by the taxing authority conducting the sale.

You are responsible for verifying every fact through official sources and, where the decision warrants it, with qualified professionals before you bid or purchase anything.

Any figure, example or outcome described anywhere on this site — including results described in a case study — is illustrative of what happened in a specific case, is exceptional and not typical, and is not a prediction or promise of your results. Investing in tax-sale property involves real risk of loss, including total loss of the amount invested.

The Winning With Tax Liens Playbook is a one-time purchase of $497, processed by SamCart. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. Access is granted after the purchase is confirmed, and may be suspended if the purchase is later refunded, cancelled, disputed, voided or charged back.

Your saved research remains yours and is not deleted if access is suspended, but the tools become unavailable while it is suspended.

All Playbook purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

You need an account to use the paid Playbook and research tools. Use the same email address you used at checkout so your purchase can be matched to your account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

The AI Research Assistant generates automated responses to help you organise research. Its output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. It is not a person or a staff member, and does not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Verify anything it says with official sources and qualified professionals. Usage limits may apply.

We send transactional email about your account and purchase, such as access and sign-in messages. Optional educational email is sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

The Playbook and its materials are licensed to you for your own use. You may not resell, republish, share your account, or redistribute the materials.

The partner program is administered by Make Your Money Multiply, LLC through SamCart. SamCart is the authority for application approval, tracking links, attribution, qualification, refund periods, commission calculation and payment. Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases, and are subject to SamCart's published partner terms.

Partners may not make income guarantees, misrepresent the Playbook, use spam, or make unsupported legal, tax or investment claims.

Exit strategy assistance and coaching are separate paid services. They are not included with the Playbook. There is no complimentary call, consultation, deal review, or personal advice. Submitting a request does not create an engagement and does not entitle you to a response, review, or scheduling; any individualized work begins only after the service is purchased and prepaid, and no outcome is promised.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winning With Tax Liens and Make Your Money Multiply, LLC are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, the materials, or the tools, including decisions to bid, purchase, hold or sell property.
