All purchases of the Winning With Tax Liens Complete Playbook are final and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law.

The Complete Playbook is a one-time $497 digital educational product providing online access to proprietary lessons, research tools, the AI Research Assistant and related resources.

Because access to these materials is provided electronically, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with investment outcomes.

We encourage you to review the product description, included features and purchase terms before completing your order.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws. Where the law requires a refund, it is issued through SamCart to the original payment method.

If a payment is refunded, voided or charged back, Playbook access granted by that order may be suspended. Your saved research is not deleted.

Free education is not a purchase. Coaching and Exit Strategy Help are separate paid services; their terms are provided when they are offered and purchased, and this policy does not apply to them automatically.
